I was initially disappointed because they did not honor the price l was promised because they had to trade it from another dealer. The first services for my new vehicle were reasonable . I came in for the 15 k service which was way too expensive and did not include an oil change . All the items I was charged for are included for free I came in for the 15 k service which was way too expensive and did not include an oil change .
