A wonderful experience from start to finish on the purchase of my RX350. The best I’ve had in 10+ purchases! I drove 1.5 hours one way and it was completely worth it. This dealership only tries to give you a loan through Lexus Financial. I was told I had the best interest rate and found out this was not the case at all. They don’t even check other large financial inst Lexus Financial. I was told I had the best interest rate and found out this was not the case at all. They don’t even check other large financial institutions, which clearly would have better rates! Very dissatisfied! More

We just purchased a car from Lexus of Lexington and worked with Jeff Payne and he was phenomenal! I couldn’t ask for better service. Jeff answered any questions and all of our concerns about the vehicl worked with Jeff Payne and he was phenomenal! I couldn’t ask for better service. We then worked with Lee is the finance department and he was also great and went through the paperwork thoroughly and answered any questions as well. Spent 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. After 2 hours asked why my service was taking so long. Response was my key was not brought up yet. Service person did not even check. Finally found, maybe, the man asked why my service was taking so long. Response was my key was not brought up yet. Service person did not even check. Finally found, maybe, the manager. He found my key on the service person's desk. I used synthetic oil. Suppose to last 1 year before needing an oil change. Sticker date had a six month service date. When I asked why, the response was the need to reset the oil gauge and check oil fluids. I wonder how much that will cost and the time I must take to have it complete. Look for another Lexus service company. More

I bought a pre-owned GX 460 last week. The day after my purchase I noticed an issue with the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership. Upon learning of my dissatisfaction, Blake, the General Manager, quick purchase I noticed an issue with the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership. Upon learning of my dissatisfaction, Blake, the General Manager, quickly reached out to me in hopes of resolving my issue. I went back to the dealership and Blake, Joe, Steve and Ty went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer. Most dealerships will not match their level of customer service. Do yourself a favor and check them out for your next Lexus purchase! More
