My old Lexus did not do well at trade in so I was a little flustered and missed that PermaPlate was an add-on. I did not discover this until I was setting up my new insurance. Our sales associate, Sidney Mashburn, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, a great listener and did not pressure us in any way. When we returned 2 days later to pay for the car, there was a shortage of employees and we waited 2 1/2 hours to pay. This was not Sidney's fault. Perhaps the dealership should have alerted us to the problem and should have given us a choice of waiting a day to arrive. I highly recommend Sidney. More
