My old Lexus did not do well at trade in so I was a little flustered and missed that PermaPlate was an add-on. I did not discover this until I was setting up my new insurance. Our sales associate, Sidney Mashburn, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, a great listener and did not pressure us in any way.
