I’ve always had good service and have used Honda for years. But this time there was some mix ups. I was given 2 new keys. Only one works. I will have to come back to get that straightened out. Also, I was given an initial estimate around $158. Then I approved work for 2 fluids to be changed.. I was unprepared for the $800 charge. It seems I should have been given that estimate. Also I work during the day and was told I could pick up my car between 5-6 on Friday because the sale people were there. (I worked the next day on Saturday). The sales people couldn’t take my payment for the work. I was able to flag someone still working in the back garage. Thank goodness she helped me, otherwise I would have been without a car for the entire Memorial holiday weekend. Thank you to the woman from the garage who helped. I understand Olivia is new. She was very pleasant at the front desk when I dropped off in the morning. . I just hope she can get more training. Thank you. More

My experience here is mixed. I went to this dealership to repair something, and they charged me $200+ for a diagnostic fee even though I told them exactly what was wrong with the I went to this dealership to repair something, and they charged me $200+ for a diagnostic fee even though I told them exactly what was wrong with the car. To add insult to injury, they charged that flat fee for the 30 minutes or less that it took them to see the car AND recommend expensive services that my car did not need as I completed service on it on March 2024 by another Honda dealer and they said my car was good for repairs until a couple more years.
