My review is for the service dept. I was dealing with Mike as a service writer and he is good. I thought I had an engine problem and he actually diagnosed the problem correctly as the I was dealing with Mike as a service writer and he is good. I thought I had an engine problem and he actually diagnosed the problem correctly as the flex plate. I dropped the jeep off Friday afternoon so didn’t expect anything over the weekend. Checked in on Monday and the part was to be delivered that day. Checked in Tuesday afternoon and Mike said should be done Thursday but he was unaware the tech was off duty Wednesday so the job got finished late Friday afternoon. I could’ve gone to pick it up then but elected to wait until Saturday morning. So Mike arranged for an Uber to bring me back to pick up the car and everything is good to go. Work was done under warranty so all I had to pay was a small deductible. I would’ve given 5 stars but I thought a week was a little long of a wait otherwise I was pretty well impressed for a dealership experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Thanks Mike. More
