Paid $176 for nothing. Had an appointment at 10:30. They spent an hour on it and waited until 4:40 to call me. Said they’d need another hour the next morning (Friday) to diagnose. Called the next morning. Abby, the service manager proceeded to tell me that “I’m sorry but that technician is out on Fridays. He’s mountain biking.” Therefore, my wife and I had to cancel our vacation because he had to go mountain biking. They still handed me a $176 bill for absolutely NOTHING. I will NEVER go back. Poorly run. More
