When all was needed was for him to listen to my complaint. Sometimes the customer actually know more about cars than Craig. I think he hasn't worked on a car himself ever. How can u trust someone like that? They just take your money and never learn about the vehicles they service. Unbelievably bad customer service. More

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. Lake Ford Dealership Collision Center was absolutely amazing. Crystal and Mario went above and beyond my expectations. They offered to buff the scatches out, that didn't work. So, not only did they paint my doors but they also covered the cost. It did take a little longer than expected ,but its because they are perfectionists. I'm very pleased and happy with Lake Ford Dealership Collision Center and the sales department. Matt the manager, AJ my go to guy who sold me the truck, and Crystal and Mario from the Collision Center are the best. I highly recommend Lake Ford for your next vehicle purchase or repairs. More
