This morning I went to the dealership to charge my car. When we purchased our EV Kona a couple of months ago, we were told that we could charge the car at the dealership if no car is being charged. Along w When we purchased our EV Kona a couple of months ago, we were told that we could charge the car at the dealership if no car is being charged. Along with it, the subscription to Electrify America was part of the package. Apparently, whatever the technicalities between Hyundai and Electrify America, we cannot access the subscription. Each one dumps it on the other. So, I went to the dealership to get the vehicle charged as promised. The General Mnager, Ron Williams, seems to block the car chargers with cars that are not charging or don’t need charge. I requested him to please let me charge. That was it. He said this is not a ‘public charger’ that I can come and charge at. I know that! I didn’t come thinking it’s a public charger. I was told I could do it. He was hostile, rude, and told me that he is the GM and can do what he wants. I told him that the other person who sold the car to us, allowed it… he said that she works under him, and it’s his call to allow or not. By then I was exhausted with this unnecessary battle. This is absolutely uncalled for. To verbally abuse a customer…and, for what? A couple of hours of charging? Which I was promised anyway? They haven’t solved the first problem of hooking us on to Electricy America and on top of it, strong arming us on this as well. Shame on Ron Williams, and the two people sitting by his side looking down and letting him hurl insults. So sorry to see this kind of customer service. More
Do not do any business with Mike! ! Spoke with Mike, he told me they have the exact car I want at their sister location. I was ready to buy and pick it up same day. He told me I nee ! He told me I need to fill out credit application in order for him to bring the car. I did the application as instructed, then received a call from a different guy Aaron, who I didn’t know at the time, ran my credit and asked what car I’m interested in because he knows nothing about it, and neither does the manager, because Mike never did anything about it yet. Frustrated, I directly spoke with the manager Carl, who seemed helpful and told me I need to reply to his email of car proposal and and he will go get the car. Few minutes later I received a call from Mike telling me the car I wanted is actually sold and without apologizing he ignored the whole issue and moved on to try to sell me a totally, completely, different car! I was furious!! How are you going to run my credit and not even have the car???This place is unprofessional and unorganized to say the least!! Mike was horrible! Horrible with communication, and lacks basic social skills. I tried to get a hold of the manager Carl who never returned my calls or email. He knew they screwed up, but never owned up to their mistakes. I ended up going directly to the sister location, and bought the exact car, Laguna claimed was “already sold.” DO NOT do any business with them!! More
Leased a 2023 Ioniq 5. Price was negotiated online before I stepped in the dealership lot. Entire process was quick. I had a great experience working with Mike Nam on purchasing my new Ioniq 5 SEL AWD. I've visited 3 other dealerships(Fontana, Russel Westbrook Anaheim, Glendale and had terrible experiences at all three with bait and switch tactics, and rude customer service. If it wasn't for Mike Nam and this dealer I was planning to purchase a different EV vehicle so glad I found this place. This is my 7th Hyundai/Kia vehicle in the past 10yrs and I will definitely be recommending and purchasing more in the future from this dealership. Thank you Mike Nam. More

I leased my 2019 Hyundai Kona EV from this dealership. Now it's now to make the decision to forego or buyout. Considering we are going through pandemic, I had barely used the car but I love every minute Now it's now to make the decision to forego or buyout. Considering we are going through pandemic, I had barely used the car but I love every minute of driving it. I made an appointment to come in to discuss the available options and Mike Nam helped me. He was very friendly and patient to help me with the buyout process. The service here it's top notch including Hans Ham (finance) that helped me with the paper signing. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to get next car. More
