This place is not even worth the one star that was given. My husband and I found a truck that was everything we wanted and decided to go see it in person with the intention of buying it, when we got to the d My husband and I found a truck that was everything we wanted and decided to go see it in person with the intention of buying it, when we got to the dealership was approached by a woman named Denise when I showed her the truck she first said that it was not available it was in transit (not true) then when asked when it will be here she said she didn’t know. I proceeded to walk into the office when she quickly followed behind then the person behind the computer looked up at her and said Denise what are you talking about it is parked right up front where you pull in. I left to go tell my husband where it was and show him thinking she would get us the key because she said she will be right out to show us. About 5 minutes later she comes back and said just wanted you to know that you need to add an additional $15,000.00 to the price listed, because the truck is a high demand truck which I know normally they do add an additional mark up for pickups because the demand is high and there not enough supply but 15,000.00 mark up is INSANE! And she wouldn’t even let us see it she said she couldn’t find the find. At that point it was noticeable that she was disinterested in selling us the truck. The expressions and attitudes was disgusting, we have spoken to many other people who had the same experience when visiting this dealership how are they still in business can’t even understand why would anyone want to spend their money there. They lost a cash customer because they couldn’t look past our skin color. Attached is a photo of my husband being a extremely happy customer at Gettel GMC! More

Have now spoken to 4 different people on the phone about a car. Each one is told I am 100% combat disabled, and can't just pop in to look at a car. Each one tells me I have to do that. Took a ride there from Fort Myers. This was a week after Ian. I saw a car I was interested on line. We walk into the dealership and there were no customers. 3 salespeople walked by This was a week after Ian. I saw a car I was interested on line. We walk into the dealership and there were no customers. 3 salespeople walked by me. I finally stopped a guy and asked him if he wanted to sell a car today? These guys are clueless. I wanted to test drive this car but it needed a battery. I told him I'd be back the next day. Have a battery in it. I called before leaving. Well no battery. This was his day off and he didn't write it down. Horrible service, horrible follow up, terrible attention to detail. The guy that helped me out should be working in a taco truck. Stay away from these guys! More

Made an appointment with the service department for warranty service. Appointment was for Tuesday but they suggest that I bring it on Monday. Brought the car in Monday afternoon. Waited until Thursday warranty service. Appointment was for Tuesday but they suggest that I bring it on Monday. Brought the car in Monday afternoon. Waited until Thursday at 4:30 PM and called them. Car had not been in the shop yet. No calls with update! I will never go back to this dealership for service or anything else! LOUSY customer service! More
