Today, I made two additional on line requests . again no confirmation by email. So, I finally called the service department and the service person that I talked to couldn't find my online requests. I had requested my service for next Wednesday, but the service person said that the earliest booking is in over month. I was disappointed and was hoping for service next week. I said that service time of over a month wait is unacceptable. I also asked why I didn't receive an email confirmation for my service requests. He said they are really busy, but that I would receive a confirmation sometime .I said that I am questioning the benefits of purchasing a car from Kia. Customers shouldn't have to wait a month+ for service. More

The engine failed on my 2017 Kia Soul. We are now on week 7 without an idea as to when it will be fixed. Warren is always courteous, friendly and willing to take the time to explain things in detail. His knowledge of his product is superior. I have no doubt that whenever I call Warren with a vehicle issue, he is going to give me a straight up, honest answer.
