I was transferred to the area with military orders. I had never purchased a car before. I hoped that they would treat me fair but they did not. The used vehicle they sold me, they promised was a reliab I had never purchased a car before. I hoped that they would treat me fair but they did not. The used vehicle they sold me, they promised was a reliable, great car that had passed all their vigorous inspections and was cleared by the service department-is now broke down just a few months later and needing a new engine and along with numerous other pre existing issues. The check engine light came on as soon as I drove off the lot and they lied to me saying it was just a computer glitch that they would fix. Now they refuse to help me and I think that is a xxxxty way to treat anyone especially service members. I don’t recommend supporting this business. More

In addition to helping match me with the perfect car, a 2022 Toyota Camry, she helped me get acquainted with the features of the car, scheduled the rust-proofing with a very fast turnaround so it would be done before I started my new job, and even overnighted the shipment of my license plates when they were sent to the wrong address weeks later. Don’t waste your time at this dealer. Employees are incompetent and don’t know the product they sell. I was looking at a used sequoia and only wanted one that had the frame replacement recall done. The incompetent and don’t know the product they sell. I was looking at a used sequoia and only wanted one that had the frame replacement recall done. They told me they did the frame replacement at their dealer. After I took a day off work and drove 2 hours from the twin cities to kolar it took me 5 minutes to figure out the frame had not been replaced. I would expect this buying a used Toyota at a gm dealer. Kolar should know the history of the vehicles they sell. Go to a dealer in the cities don’t waste your time at kolar More
