I took my car back few days later and Joseph Talley took my concern very seriously. He was very kind and did not rush me through the process. He told me he would follow up on any changes necessary. I picked up my car two days later 4-3-24 and Joseph Talley told me that all concerns were resolved. I expect to have no more problems. I wish to express my gratitude to Mr Joseph Talley for a great job. Also would like Kia management to acknowledge Mr Joseph Talley for the good work. Thank you.
