Service Department is awful and rude. No one gets back to you. Parts under warranty take months to get. No one follows up no matter how many times you call. They simply don’t care. If wish I could select zero stars. I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of time, I was told that they had not even started the service and that I had to wait for the technician to finish lunch. The service manager was rude and unsympathetic. I will never return to this KIA service center. More

Just came in from my 1st oil change for my new 2023 Kia Seltos. 1st let me say what a great car. Andea who I 1st seen was extremely polite explained everything to me and mentioned that I was allowed a free Seltos. 1st let me say what a great car. Andea who I 1st seen was extremely polite explained everything to me and mentioned that I was allowed a free car wash and gave me another key fob that I wasn't expecting. After that I met Jessie who explained the many features my Kia has and how to program them which makes my Seltos even more enjoyable. These days it's nice to know that life is still good even though I may think things aren't what they use to be. Kia of Huntington keep up the good work ! 👏 More

Worst service ever, Never go there for service. They've had my vehicle for two months. They will not loaner and or when car will be fixed. Dealership is modern,clean with great waiting room and big tv! starbucks k cup machines and the nicest people work here. The Service dept is beyond words. Great friendly reps. The service dept manager cares about his customers and values our satisfaction. Kia has great cars but not enough great dealerships. Been to kia of LIC and kia of valley stream as well as kia nemet. These three dont come close to kia of huntington. If you are looking for a great place to buy or service ur car, this is the only choice. More
Useless and uncooperative Service Department I attempted to have some keys made & programmed for my new-to-me 2018 Kia. I also wanted to use this opportunity to establish myself as a customer fo I attempted to have some keys made & programmed for my new-to-me 2018 Kia. I also wanted to use this opportunity to establish myself as a customer for the long-term service and maintenance of my car. The keys were to be paid for by credit card over the phone by an office of the dealer that sold me the car (this was already approved). Huntington Kia Service was not interested in this transaction. They wanted me to come there, order the keys from their Parts department, pay for them in full, then make an appointment with Service after the keys arrived in Parts. I was also expected to pay for the Service visit. I used to work in the car business for a living and have done so in 3 states. I never heard of a store making a customer buy his own parts first for something as common and basic as keys for a recent model year car. Also, I originally made and appointment on the dealership website and was never called. When I called Huntington Service about the status of the appointment, they said that they never received it. I understand that this is possible, but they never even demonstrated the basic courtesy of apologizing for their website not working correctly etc. Huntington put in ZERO effort in helping me with my car. More

It's most annoying since the message says he's gonna call you right back! The other person, Charlie, lies about phone calls he said that he made that I never received. Place is a joke. Let's see how they install a new motor in my side view mirror. Car has 3000 miles on it & needs a new part. Wow! More
Another EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Experience!!! To update my previous review I had my first oil change and service since buying my 2015 Sedona. Its hard to believe it has been almost 3 months. My experience at Huntington Kia was once again exceptional. Joanys Santiago in service is wonderful to work with!! I was so impressed she remembered me when I made my appointment. She was able to get me in quickly with an appointment that was convenient for me. When we arrived she came right out and I told her about two very minor issues I wanted looked at while there and both were resolved when we left. While waiting they have coffee in the waiting area with a nice tv and comfortable chairs. Mike the service manager stopped to say good morning to my dad and I. I really can't say enough about Huntington Kia. What impresses me most is how much they continue to offer exceptional customer service even after you purchase a vehicle from them! The 30 minute drive each way is time well spent for me knowing that I am going to receive such great customer service and honesty about what my van needs!! The car wash down the road that they use does a great job to! Thank-you Joanys and Huntington Kia for such a positive service experience! See you in another 3k miles! More
