I have a 2015 Kia Sportage bought it new. It started burning oil which it is still under warranty. Went through the whole oil consumption tests and then they told me it was fine. Needless to say it is n burning oil which it is still under warranty. Went through the whole oil consumption tests and then they told me it was fine. Needless to say it is not fine, still burning oil. Took it back and they told me that it is normal to burn a half quart within a 1000 miles. I have talked to many mechanics and that is not normal. I highly recommend not to buy a Kia and not to deal with Kia of Columbia. More
Took our Kia in for warranty work. The fuel line was not properly reconnected and the engine caught on fire within 5 miles of leaving the dealership. Kia of Columbia has the worst service department. I have purchased several new vehicles and referred a couple of people to this dealership. Once the sale is closed that is the extent of the customer servic purchased several new vehicles and referred a couple of people to this dealership. Once the sale is closed that is the extent of the customer service. I just wanted an oil change. I have called several different times. They are always too busy at least on that day. So I decided to call a whole week in advance just for an oil change. They do not have any opening for the time I need. If they are so busy EVERY day and too busy to do a basic oil change, they may need more service people. I would expect when you call to get an oil change they would say "sure come on in". Guess it doesn't work that way anymore. I think it still does at Jiffy Lube which is where I will start going or another dealership. I'm old school and feel like my $35,000 was worth a little more to them. They also would not let me test drive a Telluride by myself. Even after being a loyal customer. Other dealers let me drive what ever I want by myself. No trust. But I have to trust them. HA! As long as I live in this town, I will never buy another Kia from Kia of Columbia. What a shame. I also will never refer another person. . Thanks Kia of Columbia for the lousy customer service and making me feel like I was just another annoying customer . More
My experience buying the car here was great. Novy could not have been more helpful and I never felt pressured. It was a very positive experience. However, one of the features on the car isn't working and I was told to go to service. I waited for one customer to take her turn and then expected to be at least asked what I needed. Instead, the one person working made a phone call related to the previous customer (who had left) and then took off his mask (which are mandated in our community). A second person was working in his office and he also had no interest in finding out what I needed. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. More

Buyers beware I went to the dealership on Saturday. I was going for an oil change when I noticed a Telluride on the showroom floor. I went to look at it. The used car salesman came inside and told Pat to show me the vehicle. While looking at the vehicle, I told Pat that my lease was not up until June. His response was, do not worry about that. We will just pay it off. There was no sticker price in the window of the car at all. I was told by Pat that the selling price was around 52,000.00. I said wow, that is out of my will house price wise. He said, what kind of salesman would I be if I cannot get at least a 1,000.00 dollars off the price. He did that. The deal was complete. When I arrived home, we were getting the book out to see how to program blue tooth when he ran across the sticker to the car. The price on the sticker was 46,795.00. No one told me that I was paying 5,0000.00 dollars over the sticker price. That information should have been disclosed to me prior to buying the vehicle. I was never informed of the price increase. I was informed by Levi that all of the stores on MO was told by corporate told them to increase the price. Not true because I have been in touch with corporate. I have also been in touch with two other dealerships in MO. I was told by my bank that I went into a vehicle upside down so to speak. I love the vehicle. However, I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. What a shock to find out the real price at home! More
