This has by far been the best experience I have had with the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. I did not feel like I was being pr the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. Love the new system (2nd day being used) that informed me my car was checked in and got a diagnostic report via text. LOVE the new communication, I will be requesting Scott as my service advisor going forward. I have 4 ford cars so I use the service department often! More
