Rob is a great employee but the employees shouldn't be forced to upsell things you don't want or need. Drove car I just bought off lot with gas light on, cracked windshield that wasn't mentioned on Carfax and they didn't even check the fluids. No washer fluid at all in pollen season. Something like acrylic glue spot on one door. Car was supposedly detailed but halfway job. I felt sorry for Rob he worked very hard to help me get the car I wanted from Carfax. It's not his fault I ended up being there for hours. If you decide to shop here plan on an extra 5k and don't go on a Saturday unless you have all day to waste. More

Would not recommend it and will definitely never be purchasing a vehicle from them again. They lied about multiple things in order to make the sale. Promised to fix a broken headlight as soon as possible, then attempted to lie and say it was never promised (I bugged them so much that they ended up repairing it). They also lied about our warranty coverage that they added onto the vehicle purchase (the warranty provider directly told me the coverage does nothing to cover electric vehicles). They CONSTANTLY dodge phone calls. I had to physically drive to their location and demand to speak to someone in order to get my issues addressed. Absolutely shady business practice. I just wonder why it's necessary to practice business like this, when you could just do it well and probably get even more business. I hope the absolute worst for this business. They should not be operating at ALL. I will say the only person that was DECENT was Brandon (finance department). He at least had some xxxxx to sit down and talk about the issues I was having--whereas everyone else ducked phone calls and ran away whenever I walked in. My SALES REP wouldn't even answer a text - scary. Also their service department was great. They took care of my service quickly and efficiently. They also answered calls and weren't afraid to speak to customers like the sales department was. Everyone else sucks and should look into other jobs. More

I bought a car back in 2020, a new 2019 Autobahn edition GTI. Everything was great... For the day I bought the car. The first problem was small, the most half hearted shoddy detail I could imagine. But, I needed to come back for something the next day and it was corrected. Here's where the fun really starts. About 60 days after purchase I get a fine from the state for not having my old car insured properly. Weird, I don't own that car anymore. Come to find out THEY NEVER COMPLETED THE SALE!!! I drove a car for 60 days that wasn't owned by me or properly insured because they didn't do the basics of their job. That's problem 1. Problem 2 goes back to the sale. The finance manager tells me the service package included literally everything, including things like brakes. Weird right? So I confirmed about 6 times, "this VW care service package covers brakes? I come in for my 40k service and you tell me my brakes are worn. I walk out with FREE new brakes??". His answer, "yes". Back to them not actually selling me the car. To make it right they offered, in writing, to pay my fines from NC and to give me the warranty I was promised when I bought the car. (Because obviously the VW care doesn't include wear items like brakes). They even sent me a contract and everything for this new warranty. Awesome, right? Yeah... That warranty still didn't exist. Tried to use it at a solid dealership, Flow. Confirmed it doesn't exist myself. Finally, I speak to them again... I'm offered 10% off on a brake job. For not completing paperwork properly resulting in me driving an uninsured 35k car and lying about $1500 worth of warranties twice! ...here 10% off on a job that probably has at least 50% margins. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! (And if keffer reads this... Make it right and I may consider pulling the 6-7 places this review appears) More
