Megan is one of their computer gurus to help you understand your car. Greg Fuller, one of the mangers came out to thank us before we left the dealership. Johnson Lexus is top shelf. Great service, everyone and I mean everyone at the dealership was so friendly and willing to help. We purposely didn’t go to where we bought our last car because of the atmosphere of the dealership. Johnson Lexus knows how to appreciate their customers. Can’t wait to buy our next car from there. More

Good service and nice people, but I'm sick and tired of all the spam and junk mail I get from them. I've tried opting out but they put you through the corporate office and some robot responds with canned all the spam and junk mail I get from them. I'll go elsewhere for my service now and won't likely buy another Lexus just for this reason. Just how many "Urgent Notices" do you want to receive about your new car that turn out to be ads?
