Phillip gave me excellent customer service but I do feel like my car was misdiagnosed a year ago. I was never informed to replace my main car battery at the same time as my auxiliary battery. I had to retur like my car was misdiagnosed a year ago. I was never informed to replace my main car battery at the same time as my auxiliary battery. I had to return a year later to replace my auxiliary battery because the auto/stop feature was malfunctioning again. Phillip was very helpful though and was able to bring the price down for me. More

service department sucks. didnt have part they told me they had ordered for me and said was in. had to buy it myself at napa and go elsewhere to install it.. jeep dealership didnt have part they told me they had ordered for me and said was in. had to buy it myself at napa and go elsewhere to install it.. jeep dealership that doesnt have air filter for my jeep i bought there. not the first time something like this has happened. philip tried to help, not his fault. and they left a pile of leaves inside my car after installing cabin filter. unprofessional. they need to improve their parts inventory and quality of service.
