*SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES & NOT ACTUALLY CERTIFIED CARS* They advertise Honda used vehicles as certified. When you get there they inform you that it's actually "pre" certified. NO OTHER DEALERS DO THIS. They are charging certified prices for not certified cars. I refused to pay for the $1,995 certification, the Wyler Advantage fee (they charge $1,298 for a $50 pulse light) and $1,049 for a nano protection. They said I have to give a little. That the certification cost them $1,995 so I'd have to pay something. Then they took it off when I refused to pay for it. Then they slipped up and said certification only cost $995 so you tried to upcharge me $1,000 on something I shouldn't be charged for to began with. What is sad is I drove 3 and a half hours and they knew this. I did cover up the salesperson name because it wasn't his fault. It was 100% the manager. I actually liked our salesperson.. he was trying. More
I went to sell my Honda and the team working was very warm, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. Paul Finn and Jerry Thompson were great! The communication is AWFUL. I was scheduled to take a test drive with David, but he wasn't there, so I test-drove with Leron... I decided not to purchase the vehicle I test drove but am STILL receiving text messages and emails from different people at the dealership... asking if I want to test drive the car I already test-drove! I've told them I"m not interested, blocked phone numbers, and unsubscribed from emails but they keep on coming from different numbers and email addresses! It's so unprofessional, I would never go to this dealership or any other one affiliated. It makes it feel super shady, so desperate they won't respectfully take no for an answer. More

These salesmen knowingly sold me a car with thousands of dollars of hidden damage. It was damaged in their hands before I bought it and they “fixed” it without using certified manufacturer-specific technici dollars of hidden damage. I didn’t notice the damage until months later and now they refuse to do anything about it. Do not buy a car from these sick people. More

I would NEVER take my car to Jeff Wyler on Colerain. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! I brought my car in to the service department for a diagnostic workup of the engine. I needed my oil c I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! I brought my car in to the service department for a diagnostic workup of the engine. I needed my oil changed and my tires rotated as well. I dropped it off prior to my vacation so they had plenty of time to work on it and get it done before I needed it for work. When I came in to pick it up, I was told-oh we are just finishing it up and going to take it for a test drive. Really? You have had my car for 10 days and you are just "finishing up". On the test drive, a light on my dashboard came on indicating an issue with my ABS system. Really? Wasn't having any brake issues! I was told they needed to do a diagnostic for 160 dollars then the part they needed would not be in until the morning. I was provided a loaner which was helpful, but when I returned the next day to pick up my car, I was told they could not fix the issue because I had the wrong size tire on the right front wheel. Not being a mechanic, I had to take them for their word and took the car to where I had the tires placed. When the tires were put on, I had 4 Michelin tires put on, but when the fella at tire discounters checked, I had 3 Michelin and 1 good year tire-the wrong tire was placed by Jeff Wyler when the tires were rotated. This is absolutely unacceptable. So again we took the car back, they were able check video for the major error and were able to get in contact with the person who had my tire on their car and replace the tires to the correct cars. What a hassle we had. I was made to feel like it was my issue that the tire was the wrong size, when it was their incompetent staff that caused the error. The GM Bryan Best could not even take the time out of his day to make this right. My husband had to return the following day to make sure the cost of the diagnostic and the part were credited back to us, but nothing else. I put my trust into mechanics that they know what they are doing, but this was so totally unacceptable and I feel that this error could have had a bad outcome for me and my family. Again-I will NEVER go to or recommend Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. In fact Honda has lost a long time customer. Shirley Raymond More
