Recently had the misfortune of dealing with the service center at the West location, which apparently operates entirely independently from the "Jake Sweeney" name. I'm writing this because I received my title not too long ago. I bought my 2016 Mazda in 2019. I like my Mazda cx-5 AWD which I was told, when it was sold to me, was a Grand Touring because I wanted the tow ago. I bought my 2016 Mazda in 2019. I like my Mazda cx-5 AWD which I was told, when it was sold to me, was a Grand Touring because I wanted the towing capacity. The window description didn't include the Grand Touring and the sales person said "oh, that's a mistake, it will be correct on the title". I'm stupid and believed him. When I had to get new tires I realized I was mislead/lied to. The tire size gave it all away. When I paid off the loan and received the title, low and behold, it's not a Grand Touring. We do get taken advantage of and just have to learn from our mistakes. This behavior may be condoned, who knows? More

Never even gave the impression that they wanted to sell us the car. We did go to CarMax and they offered us twice the amount, and would have considered buying from them if they had the model we wanted. More
