Hi Ms. Clabon, I do apologize for the inconvenience on the situation you are having with your vehicle. I'm not sure how a speaker cover gets cracked while it was in for service for a tire issue. We have been in contact with the used car manager and have decided to get that ordered for you. We will contact you as soon as it arrives to have it installed. It has now been over 2 months and I haven't heard anything from you guys about replacing my speaker and fixing my dash. So obviously you guys saying you ordered parts to replace what YOU DAMAGED was a lie. Not to mention FOR THE 3RD TIME my tire pressure monitor sensor has become faulty again! At this point it's costing me unnecessary money dealing with Land Rover Jaguar of Troy service department. I would 100% rather pay out of pocket than to keep expecting you guys to do your job correctly and responsibly. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time and money. I'll be sure to express the lack of concern this service department holds on many other reviews. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Thank you for contacting me with your experience at my store. After looking into this matter it would appear that we didn't communicate the actual events very well and for that I owe you an apology. We order our parts directly from the manufacturer and from time to time this takes longer than it used to due to low parts inventories for them and low employee counts, etc. We definitely tried locating the part at another dealer for you but couldn't get them to sell it to us at a reasonable price. The other dealer, being out of town and not a normal trading partner of ours, knew the part was in demand and wanted to hold on to it for more profit. In regards to the additional labor we charged, that was only added due to the repair being done twice. If you had waited to receive the ordered part your vehicle would have remained apart until completion.
