We had called a month prior to get an appointment and they were too busy, We tried a couple of weeks later and they set the appointment. Upon arrival they told our assistant that warranty ran out 4 days prior (what a scam). They wanted to charge almost $3000 to repair the massage function in the seat - at another dealer it turned out to be a fuse…I had to rush off to an appointment and their staff (4 people) surrounded my assistants car yelling at her that we were leaving without paying the $300 testing fee - she told them they had our credit card on file and also she would go in again if necessary. I would never use them and will try to steer anyone clear of these horrible…GO TO GALPIN!!!! ITS WORTH THE DRIVE! - Valet parking at Galpin, Starbucks in the building at Galpin, wonderful service and nice and professional people - at GALPIN! Last warning - DO NOT USE Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica unless you want rude people, bad service, unprofessional service and overcharging…There are better choices out there More

I recently brought our Land Rover in for some factory scheduled maintenance and had the pleasure of having Mario as our service advisor. Mario thoroughly explained the recommended services for my vehicle, including what needed to be done right away and what the car would need in the near future. His expertise and knowledge are evident, and I felt confident in his recommendations. He also kept me updated on the progress of the service. Overall, I cannot recommend Mario and Jaguars Land Rover Santa Monica highly enough. I've always found the entire team to be friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and I feel comfortable knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. . I will definitely be returning, as my husband and I have done so for nearly a decade.
