I have a 2023 ram 1500 that I have leased from JT. I have had a couple issues with this truck so far that I have had trouble with JT about fixing. The injector on the #5 cylinder went out causing the truck to misfire a couple weeks ago. I contacted JT to bring it in. Upon entry into the service department, they informed me they wanted to keep the truck for multiple days, and then instructed me to go across the street to rent a car for the time they had my vehicle. Out of pocket!! This morning I noticed my taillight was intermittently working. I took it to JT and they had me sit there and wait for over an hour to tell me the light bulb had to be replaced, it wasn't covered under warranty, and that it would be $85 (for BTW, a part that costs $10 for 2 of them). This is absolute absurdity to treat a loyal customer of over 20 years in this manner More
I am really not expecting to get an answer but I was really hoping I possibly could reach someone who cares just a little about your customer. I managed over 500 salespeople in my 40 year sales and serv really hoping I possibly could reach someone who cares just a little about your customer. I managed over 500 salespeople in my 40 year sales and service career. And the only way I get feedback of how my salespeople were doing is direct from my customers. So I am trying to give you constructive criticism. I was told by Jennifer in your service department that the Transmission that catastrophic failed would be covered by the $2300 extended warranty i purchased. And most importantly I was told the Rental car would be covered in full even though it took 10 days to repair my vehicle. The warranty company would only pay for 5 days. I was told, by Jennifer , not to worry just bring the rental paid invoice by when I picked my Vehicle up. So I did. I have talked to Jennifer many times and she said that Management has not made a decision yet. I have text her and left messages numerous times and She wouldn’t even respond. I fired employees of mine for less. At least have the professionalism to return your Customers call. This has cost me in excess of $700. That is not much for a company the size of JT’s but to a Senior Citizen on Social Security it is a very LARGE amount of money. PLEASE TAKE THIS REQUEST SERIOUSLY. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP. The service rep Justin was awesome as he always is. The only issue I have is a tapping noise at start up in my Ram 2500.
