They are professional and understanding from the start on the website to handing me the keys. Everyone there were very helpful. Engine blew. Replaced with power train warranty. Get it back and next day engine light is back on. Take back to dealership and find out it is NOT covered for i Replaced with power train warranty. I recently purchased a 2014 cadillac cts coupe from them. I was told that the car had just had a pre delivery inspection done on it and it was good to go with a 6 month power train warranty. I got it home I was told that the car had just had a pre delivery inspection done on it and it was good to go with a 6 month power train warranty. I got it home on day one and found that it was missing the oil dipstick and tube and there is an open hole in the side of the block going to the oil pan. They told me not to drive it and they towed it back to the dealership. They then contacted me and said they have one on order and that they could not do anything about extending the warranty because of there screw up. I was also later told that there was never an actual inspection done on the car. UPDATE... they have offered to take the car back. I'm now in the process of getting a return check and getting the paperwork switched back over. Travis the sales manager has been very understanding of the situation and seems to be working to resolve this issue. I wish they would have worked with me on extending the warranty after I discovered there mistake cause I really liked the car but they said they couldn't do that after the purchase was made. More
Although I appreciated the quality of service from the technicians at Interstate Ford, I found the wait for parts, answers, and Allstate Insurance approvals frustrating. I would have appreciated more proactive follow-up from the tech leads regarding Allstate. However, I am happy with the overall repair of my car and it is running smoothly. The only minor issue is that the seats no longer heat up as much as they did before. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed. But overall, I'm impressed with the team's work on my car. More
I recently flew in from Atlanta, Ga to purchase a new Bronco from this dealer in which the transaction went very smoothly.
