No notifications given to customers, just happen to make a service call on 3-28-24 and receptionist answered the phone as Beachwood Infiniti. My nightmare begins. On April 1,2024, I arrived at 7:24 am, doors were opener at 7:30, and keep in mind I was the first customer in line and three other cars were behind me. I watched the other customers get serviced and were gone. At 9:15 am, I ask Byron, the service tech, how much longer? I had to be at work by 10:00. his response: was the diagnostic showed I needed a part., he would see if the parts were in stock. I said OK and can someone drop me at work? and can you call me with resolution? he said yes. He wrote my number down and said he would call me at work. I was dropped off at work. I starting call at 3:15 pm, receptionist answer phone and transfers me to a Cheryl voice message. 4:00, no word, so I called back to back receptionist was so foul she stop answering the phone because of my continuously calling trying to get resolution. I called the Akron office, hats off for the great customer service. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name who helped me in this nightmare with Beachwood Infiniti. He definitely deserves accolades he demonstrated great customer. He was able to get someone, to return my call and give a status at the same time. Byron returned my call around 4:30. Be mindful I get off work at 6:00. Byron response" Oh I got so busy, did not call you back, however the part is not in stock, with a possibility in stock in a couple of days. I am heated by this time. 1.The lack of communication, 2. The run around phone attempts, her bad attitude. 3. the numerous calls I had make just to find out there was nothing done to me vehicle, it has been sitting all day with no activities. Here's the kicker, He introduced his self as the CEO, his attitude definitely defines the dysfunctional operations at Beachwood Infiniti. He was rude and had a bad attitude. You guys give Beachwood a new name, now as Urban. Live up to your name and stop the game. Treat everyone with dignity and respect and own your wrongs. Not to mention that Beachwood Infiniti was the place that I brought my QX 60, which turn out to be lemon. I would not recommend Beachwood Infiniti and if I ever return, which I doubt it would be with the assistance of Rich in the Service Department. He was my Service Advisor at Airport Infiniti and never had a problem, if so, it was taken care of with the quickness. Beachwood have so tall boot to fill in comparison with the service historically received from Airport Infiniti. More

The management, dealership and ownership group is ridiculous. I wanted to do a cash purchase on a truck they had in stock, but I was told I couldn't pay cash and had to finance it through them. I'm ridiculous. I wanted to do a cash purchase on a truck they had in stock, but I was told I couldn't pay cash and had to finance it through them. I'm a regional sales director for the second largest telecom company in the US, and if I put stipulations like this on my clients deals, then my team and I would be broke and out of a job. I was telling my brother in law about this this situation, and he told me to run. He said they bought a new Infinity QX80 from this dealership several yeas ago, and it was the most difficult buying experience and an even worse service experience when they needed warranty work on a car that had less than 10k miles. I can see why they traded in their QX80 for an Escalade and stayed away from your dealership's ownership group. Don't waste your time, unless you are ready to get taken for a ride financially. More
They try to penalize you for paying cash and not financing through them. I submitted a full purchase agreement, was told they would get back to me on next steps, then two days later emailed me and t financing through them. I was about to loose my trust in Infinity of Beachwood. But, then I said to myself maybe it was a mistake and visited the dealer the second time. At my second visit, Darrel showed me a 2020 Infiniti QX60 which I liked. There were couple of similar cars on the market that were both cheaper and had lower milage. Darrel told me it was because as an official Infinity dealer they stand behind the cars they sell which were Infinity certified and had warranty. I specifically asked him about the warranty for the 2020 Infiniti QX60. He told me it was Infiniti certified and had 6 year unlimited miles powertrain warranty. Thrusting what he said and having a peace of mind because I was at an official Infinity dealer, I was about the sign an agreement to purchase the car. Then, just for the sake of it, I wanted his manager to verify the warranty. Surprisingly, the manager told me that the car was sold as is and had no warranty. There were Infinity certified vehicles on the lot that were older and had more milage. What do you expect me to think? Anyone would normally think: "There is probably something wrong with the car. That's why they do not offer warranty." I almost bought the car mistakenly thinking that it had 6 years unlimited miles powertrain warranty. This shouldn't be the way business be conducted. I wouldn't expect that kind of experience from an Infinity dealer. After all, I am giving more money (compared to small dealers out there) to get peace of mind which I never got. I wasted a lot of time there. I suggest you avoid this dealer if possible. If not, you should verify everything what you are told about the car before you sign up any agreement. More
