My overall experience with i95 Nissan was subpar at best. Lack of communication and integrity have been my biggest concerns. After purchasing a 2020 Ford Fusion from them I found a receipt from Maaco for Lack of communication and integrity have been my biggest concerns. After purchasing a 2020 Ford Fusion from them I found a receipt from Maaco for $500 in the glove box for "damage repair", evidently there was an accident not reported to insurance and damage was done to the driver side front corner, and it states that the tire and/or wheels were replaced at a scrap yard. This was not on carfax and not disclosed by the dealer. This damage caused an alignment issue and also the driver side front wheel hub assembly needed to be replaced as well, all not caught by the dealer during their own trade-in "inspection" preparing the car for resale. Even their own Dealer description claims that "Our certified technicians will make sure your vehicle is operating at peak performance". It seems that the ball was dropped in my case. Then, I dealt with a flat tire yesterday and checked in the trunk for the "Tire Repair Sealent Kit" and to my surprise, it was not there. I'm left only to assume it was used when the aforementioned undisclosed accident occured. The dealers response, "If it's not in there, it's not our problem". Not surprising at all. Lastly, I signed for this car via an eSigning process, had many issues with this process but was able to navigate it in the end, but I had to pay for a Notary and was told by the dealer that they pay for the Notary and would reimburse me the cost, after forwarding them the receipt, that has not happened yet after several follow up requests. With all this I am out of pocket an additional $900 to get the car running at "peak performance" and ensure the safety of the driving the car as i95 dropped the ball. After reaching out to the dealer on each of these issues now I have yet to receive any form of response that would at least alleviate the bad taste overall for i95 Nissan. My advice, be thorough when dealing with them and keep them accountable because if you blink they'll gaslight you enough that you'll just give up and move on. With all the thousands of choices out there, I can assure you I will make a different choice when adding to my fleet in the near future. More

My elderly parents went there to perform a routine maintenance. They left with a brand new car instead. They took completely advantage of them not only because they are elders but also because they do maintenance. They left with a brand new car instead. I tried to back out their deal but because Florida doesn’t have a “cooling off period” that was it. Be careful when you go there. Not only they stuck my parents with a basic car but also they could’ve bought an UPGRADED model for the SAME PRICE. When I pointed that out my parents got so upset and felt so betrayed by this dealership. Do you think they offered a trade? NO! Nissan I-95 do NOT look out for you or your elders and customers in general. 100% dissatisfaction! More

In December 2022, I purchased a 2016 BMW 328i from I-95 Nissan. During the purchase process, the salesperson, Anthony, informed me that the headlight module was broken but assured me that they would fix it Nissan. I believed the cost of fixing the headlight module was included in my loan, which ended up being $22,000 after making a $2,300 down payment on the car, originally priced at $16,000 plus tax, tag, and title. Over the following weeks, I made numerous calls attempting to schedule the headlight module repair. I was concerned about driving without functioning bright lights. After three weeks, I took the car in for repair, but when I picked it up, not only was the headlight module still not fixed, but two of my tires had been replaced without my consent. I was told that the original tires were dry rotted and unsafe, but I had been driving the car for over a month with those tires. When I inquired about ordering new tires, I was promised a callback that never came, leading me to purchase four new tires myself. Additionally, upon picking up my car, I noticed the engine light was on, which had not been the case before. I was assured that the issue would be resolved in the next visit. However, when I brought the car in again to have the headlight module repaired and the engine light checked, I was informed that it would take 2 to 4 weeks, and I would need a rental car. After four weeks, the car was returned to me with a temporary fix for the headlight and the engine light still on. The repair receipt showed that I-95 Nissan had declined to have the engine light checked out. The recently repaired headlight soon failed again, so I contacted the sales rep who arranged for me to drop the car off at BMW. They had my car for about two weeks and fixed the headlight, but the repair receipt indicated that the car was leaking oil and I-95 Nissan had declined to have that service done. Now, the car is stalling while I'm driving, with warnings about the transmission. Unexpectedly, I received a call from I-95 Nissan offering to buy back the car due to a shortage of used car inventory. I suspect they sold me a lemon and are trying to cover it up by buying the car back and putting me in another vehicle. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Based on the multiple negative reviews and other dissatisfied customers I've encountered at I-95 Nissan's service center, I would never recommend purchasing even a bottle of water from them. More
