DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! !! I would leave ZERO stars if I could, but that’s not an option. Purchased a vehicle from here and the check engine light came on before we even got !! I would leave ZERO stars if I could, but that’s not an option. Purchased a vehicle from here and the check engine light came on before we even got out of the parking lot. They checked it and apparently cleared the code. The very next day it was back on and now we are trying to get the issue resolved under the warranty. We keep getting the run around every time we call. They will take our name and number and never call us back. We have been hung up and spoke to many different “managers”. Our car is currently sitting at a dealership (not apart of Lithia) which we were advised to do by a so-called manager. The dealership has reached out to the manager and left 6 voicemails and they still haven’t called back. Save yourself the headache! More
