My Acura MDX had a flat while on vacation. The service department took me on short notice and replaced the tire with a new one in one hour, while I was waiting. I brought my vehicle in for service and upon reclaiming my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I would have to purchase it for $81. I am disgusted with the service I received and the blatant theft of my property. More

I don't believe I was listened to on my concerns. I felt the diagnostic result to replace many parts for an estimated cost of $5100 was over the top. Honda did tell me that I could get a good will price of $800 to do the work. This all started with a one time warning light on the dash board with no vehicle performance. I'm not sure I trust Honda service anymore. This is not the first issue with the device department. More
