This time when I brought my other can in for The Works with the same reservation as last time was glad to see that they actually adhered to the reservation time . The QuickLane team is off on Mondays and with the same reservation as last time was glad to see that they actually adhered to the reservation time . The QuickLane team is off on Mondays and I will. Schedule that time from now on as the QuickLane guy was rude and did not care that I had a reservation and it took till 8:15 am to start the appointment with my truck. PARTS WERE ORDER JAN. 2023, TODAY DEALER PARTS DEPT STATE NO PARTS WERE ORDER. FORD MOTOR COMPANY NO HELP. STATES GO TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER. LAST OIL CHANGE 5 QUARTS NOT SIX WERE ADDED. More
Took my car in for a routine oil change in Oct 2022. I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I looked under car and saw oil leaking. I called the service dept immediately. My "sweetheart" tech told me to drive it in. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that it's leaking too much. (My engine is relatively new) "Oh it's ok" NOT! I used my AAA towing service to tow it in. It poured oil out as it was being rolled off the flatbed. There was some damage. I guess I'll never know how much. While working on my vehicle they it the rack, damaged my front end and destroyed my tire. They couldn't find my high end Michellin but offered 1 lower grade tire until they could get a match to my tires which were relatively new. This all occurred in Oct 2022. It's now Apr 2023. Still no tire and not one status call or returned message. I've been more than patient.i want this taken care of! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT . . I brought my Ford explorer TO HUNTINGTON BEACH FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT for diagnostic and repair . I Immediately knew I was in trouble when I was gr . I brought my Ford explorer TO HUNTINGTON BEACH FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT for diagnostic and repair . I Immediately knew I was in trouble when I was greeted with “Hi Brother” , I introduced my self as Eric and preceded to explain the reason for bringing in my car. I explained that the car was pulling and that I was hearing a ticking sound that both appeared to be coming from the right front tire area.. Also there was a whistling noise which seem to be coming from the engine area. The guy helping was very dismissive and inattentive typing on his computer and even walked away leaving me standing at the counter twice for several minutes. I told him the vehicle had a couple of recalls but that was not my concern, and my focus was the things previously mentioned. Left the car with them, while walking to my car told my wife “ they are not going to look at that car, In my experience anytime a person greets me with Hello brother the only thing they see is my skin color, not a customer.” The next day I get a call saying “Hello brother, my technician looked at your car and said everything looks good. You can pick it up when you’re ready.” I went picked up the car and immediately made an appointment with Cerritos Ford service. When I went to Cerritos service I told them what was going on with the car. (Exactly what I told Huntington Beach Ford) The very next day I get a call from Cerritos Ford “ you need your bearing replaced also the struts that’s why it was probably pulling and where the ticking noise was coming from.. Also you have a major oil leak as well as a broken motor mount there’s the whistling noise..” I looked at my wife standing there shaking her head with a look a disbelief. It’s unbelievable (not really), that in 2023 I still have to be cognizant of the area in which I conduct business due to the color of my skin. This could of led to my car trouble’s becoming much worse had I simply believed what I was being told. I normally wouldn’t write a review or even bother thinking about what took place, but for some reason I couldn’t let it go.. Huntington Beach Ford Service Department Be Better Please!! More
