If I could give it a negative I would, Manger was very rude when confronted with an issue. The guy taking the car was a total sleaze ball trying to pull a fast one, had no option but to pay for something rude when confronted with an issue. The guy taking the car was a total sleaze ball trying to pull a fast one, had no option but to pay for something that I didn’t not agree to, threatening with police if I didn’t pay. Worse experience of my life. If you’re going in for regular maintenance like brakes oil etc.. then I’m sure you’re experience seems nice but anything more then that, they will try and phuck you over from the mechanic doing unnecessary work, and the manger justifying the time waisted and me having to pay. Only name I remember is Roy seems nice but will not return phone calls unless it had something to do with payment. My experience was very unpleasant, I would not recommend getting any serious work done cause you could find a certified mechanic that will not try and pull a fast one on you like at Hoffman Lexus. Negative 5 if it was possible More
