GO TO WHITEWATER MOTORS OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT ISNT HIRLINGER. Wish I could do zero stars. Took them 9+ months to fix a transmission that was under warranty. You have to call them to get any kind of communication because they sure as xxxx aren’t trained in any sort of customer service capacity to know to keep you informed. I would go weeks without hearing from them. And even at the end when we were told “2 more days” it ended up being 3 weeks later with zero communication but magically when I called it was ready. They tried to not offer me a complimentary rental at no cost since it was taking them forever. They didn’t agree to give me a rental until after I threatened to get a lawyer. I have 4 children and hirlinger didn’t give 2 xxxxs if I was able to provide for my family or if my children were able to be taken to school. I have a handicapped child that was missing doctors appointments… hirlinger DID NOT care. This place is a joke. They have zero knowledge of car related issues. Their mechanics are the slowest people in the industry. They treat their customers like they are children that haven’t developed intelligence yet. They are condescending and they don’t deserve to be in the line of work they are in. I have cash on hand to buy me a new work vehicle and you can bet your xxx that hirlinger will never see a dollar from me again. Oh, and Tibbi disappears when it comes to satisfying a customer. More

Took my truck in for an oil chang e and cabin,engine air filter change and I was told it would take an hour to complete but it took them about 2 hours and when I went back to to see if they where working on filter change and I was told it would take an hour to complete but it took them about 2 hours and when I went back to to see if they where working on it they were not working on it worst experience ever More

Terry the service writer was misleading and at times downright untruthful about the service on my vehicle in an attempt to charge me way more money. Had to talk to the service manager who had no words for how is service writer treated me. The service manager apologized to me and made things right. Not the first bad experience I've had here, wouldn't trust them to watch my dog! More

Did not purchase a car, yet had a flat tire on the ramp close to their business. These gentlemen changed my fire to my spare and refused to take anything for it even for their coffee fund! Former employee I used to work there. Awesome people. Left only for personal reasons. But I found these guys to be honest and working hard to satisfy their customers. I used to work there.
