Recently I had issues with missing keys to my civ both sets we lost and I called the dealership about getting them replaced. They explained what needed to be done and made arrangements to get the problem sets we lost and I called the dealership about getting them replaced. It took many days to get back with them to work out arrangements it was with help and patience that the keys (fob) were matched with the civ. they worked with me on the price. They couldn't have given bette service!! More
We bought a New Honda HR-V in April 7, 2023 from Heritage Honda in Bel Air . We received an email from Honda on 1/5/2024 regarding Complimentary Service Pass, with an Oil Change, Tire Rotations & Multi Poin Honda in Bel Air . We received an email from Honda on 1/5/2024 regarding Complimentary Service Pass, with an Oil Change, Tire Rotations & Multi Point Inspections. The email stated "first two years or 24,000 miles." There was no mention of minimum number of miles driven or minimum length of time. I went to Honda in Bel Air in person on Monday 1/8/2024 & made an appointment to bring it in the next day @ 11 AM. I discussed the low mileage (between 2900 and 3000 miles) with the person I spoke to when I made the appointment. The car is used for around town. Today, 1/9/2024, I arrived on time & was promptly told by Julie that Honda would not pay for the advertised free service. I tried to reason with Julie, but she said "these are Honda's Rules, not ours". So I drove home in the Wind & Rain. Dealer Service Rating ZERO. Preston More

Heritage Honda has always been excellent to me. Today they got me in for multiple services within 2 hours of calling and on a Saturday! Waiting room is always comfy and I was able to get a bunch of work done at one of their tables while I was waiting and they were done with my car by the time I was finished with my second task! “Big” Jim McHugh was pleasure to deal with, super nice, didn’t try to “upsell” me on unneeded services, which is always appreciated.
