I recently had the worst experience ever with this dealer. I had some problems with my truck and decided to have it towed to this particular dealer for repairs. However, the communication at the deale dealer. I had some problems with my truck and decided to have it towed to this particular dealer for repairs. However, the communication at the dealer was absolutely terrible. They never bothered to send me a diagnostic report of the problems, and instead, verbally stated that it would cost $15,000.00 to fix. Naturally, I requested them to provide me with a written estimate before proceeding with the repairs. But imagine my surprise when, after two months, someone from the dealer called me and asked me to pick up my truck without providing the estimate. So, I reminded them that I was still waiting for the estimate. Then, on the same day, another person called me and told me that the cost had skyrocketed to $43,000.00! Yes, you read that right, a whopping forty-three thousand dollars! Obviously, it became clear that they were just trying to blow me off and take advantage of the situation. And to add insult to injury, they want to charge me $500 for an oil change when my truck needs repairs worth $43k! I never authorized this service, and why on earth would they change the oil of a truck that needs expensive repairs? I felt the need to share this with you so that you can avoid such a terrible experience if you ever encounter a similar situation. Take caution when dealing with this particular truck dealer! More
Very poor service. I had dropped off my vehicle for service and was told it will be done by end of day. Trusting the dealership I went on my way and waited for a call. I tried contacting the dealership service department and it was closed before the closing time. I tried several times to contact the sales department to see if they can help. They were not helpful especially the general manager. Very uncaring and unhelpful. It is apparent that they lack the common sense of notifying their customers. Poor service department and very poor communication with their paying customers. I do not recommend Hamden Mazda. More
I Have been going to Partyka for many years. My mom bought 2 cars there in the 1960s. I am on my 3rd lease from them, I have had a few problems , but they were always resolved promptly. So they put in the leak detection fluid in. And was told to bring back after 1000 miles. Which was done today. Dropped off at 930am. At 1130 called to see how it was going. Car wasnt even on lift yet. They told me it was next in line. I have been making appointments for the last 9 years ,the same way and they always do prompt service. Spoke to "Service manager", he said it was a drop off, whatever that means. I had an 930 appointment and I figured it would be looked at at least by 10. Asked to speak to General Manager, but instead was speaking to Gary the service manager. We both lost are temper, Gary has no managerial skills, people skills or service skills. He was more focused on the previous survey I had given. When my brake pads grew 2 millimeters in six months. They were 5 millimeters in August and seven millimeter's last service. We also hashed out some other discrepancies from my last service. Finally spoke to Zerman the General Manager. We spoke for awhile and came to an amicable conclusion, It was obvious to me that he was proficient at his occupation and very knowledgeable. I will be turning in this lease in November. I will give Partyka a chance on my next lease. Hopefully Gary finds a more suitable occupation for himself. More
This dealership is brutal. I brought my Chevy truck 2 times to have work done. Both times my truck was there for over 3 weeks. They do not communicate with you at all. You have to call them to find out t times to have work done. Both times my truck was there for over 3 weeks. They do not communicate with you at all. You have to call them to find out the progress on your vehicle constantly. They always have some answers to keep you at bay. Recently I brought my truck 3 plus weeks later and 1,000 dollars down and I left the lot with my air bag and seat belt light on the dash board, and a empty gas tank. When I called to tell them they would not fix the problem,they said the light was not on when they turned the car over to me. Not only is this Ethically wrong,this is Fundamentally wrong on so many levels. If you let someone leave your lot with your airbag light on that means is not working properly if Incase of on accident if air bags don’t deploy it could be deadly and they told me they would not do anything to correct the problem. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that doesn’t have your safety I’m mind. Please think very carefully before doing any business with this company. More
Don't trust Partyka I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using Partyka to service one of my 17 commercial vehicles. We took one of the vans in to diagnose a st I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using Partyka to service one of my 17 commercial vehicles. We took one of the vans in to diagnose a starting problem and were charged the full $129.00 diagnosis fee which ultimately led to the simple replacement of the battery. The total cost out the door was $314.71 for a diagnosis that would have taken less than 10 minutes. I spoke to the Service Manager and the Service writer and the feeling that I got is that "it is what it is and too bad that we had to charge $129 for the diagnosis, but thats what we charge." I also got an estimate for front and rear brake work that was very poorly written and confusing. I then called another Chevrolet dealer and found the Partyka prices to be very high. I need to have trust in who ever repairs and maintains my fleet and unfortunately, I don't have this with Partyka and will never bring any of my 17 vehicles there again. More
Poor customer service and no call backs I was never called to bring the car in after my insurance submitted the claim, after a week of waiting I had to call them. My car sent there day after day waiting for an estimate that took a week to get. I was told each day that it would be done that day and they would call me with the details but they never called and I again had to follow through. I was told my car would be fixed in one week, almost 4 weeks later I'm still waiting. I never received any updates despite them telling me they would call me. Every single time I had to call them or call my insurance company who would call them to find out what was going on. All of this is extremely poor service and left me unbelievably disappointed and constantly wondering what was going on with my vehicle. I have no intention of using this company again for this type of service. More
