This dealership (Griffen Ford Waukesha) is an absolute joke! When we purchased a Truck back in early summer of 2023 (today is February 27, 2024) I was promised a couple things would be done to my truck (i joke! When we purchased a Truck back in early summer of 2023 (today is February 27, 2024) I was promised a couple things would be done to my truck (including but not limited to a new back up camera and a taneau cover replaced) when I signed on the line to purchase the truck! This has still not been completed! After having my truck for a couple weeks I had major problems to the point it had to go in for service several times. They couldn't fix the problem, so I took it to another dealership and the problem was SOVLED! I just recently received an email from the ASSISTANT service manager Robert Collins (he initially represented himself as the SERVICE MANAGER) saying they would not be servicing my truck! They are doing this out of spite because I'm letting as many people as possible know how horrible this location is at their job! Not one person I dealt with at time of purchase is still working there, and this location is hiding behind the fact its privately owned and can refuse service at will. After talking to many people including other dealerships, private mechanics, past customers as so on... I've been told I made a mistake by using GRIFFEN FORD WAUKESHA 1940 E Main St. Waukesha, WI 53186. Please take this into account when looking at dealerships. I have never purchased a vehicle before where the dealership completely washes their hands of the customer after the vehicle is bought! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! More

Purchased new tires on Feb last year. Have had them rotated every oil change at the dealership since I purchased them. Told they were good on each visit. I was greeted by a young man who asked how he could help me. He was very nice. Sam reassured me that even though I was early they would get started right away. Nolan did the work very efficiently. We had hoped to get a call about the status of the warranty work. We texted Jason, got nothing back and finally we called him after 4:30 (I believe)to check on the status of the car/find out when we c warranty work. Maybe we should have asked about how long it would take when we first dropped it off. Maybe we are 'old school ' in that we thought we would get a status update. ( We called Griffin to find out when the service department closed. Found out that it was 6:00. We also asked when the cashier's office closed. Found out that was 7.) I guess we are frustrated in what we felt was the lack of communication. When I did speak with Jason (5:15?), and asked if and when the vehicle would be ready, he just kept saying he was working on the paperwork. Never got a direct answer to our questions, so we decided to drive to Griffin and wait. Before we left our house, he called and said how much the bill was and that it was ready. We are not displeased with the work, but more disappointed about what we perceived as lack of communication. We will most likely only return for the oil change/tire rotation package that is on my car. We had issues with my husband's F-150 in the past at Griffin, and we no longer bring that vehicle for service. Don't even get us started on other issues. The big guy in parts is so incredibly rude and had no customer service decorum. Neither of us can understand how he continues to work for Griffin. More
