Overall, my experience with Girard Nissan was brief. I found a Rogue I was interested in, then inquired about it and was delighted by the salesperson and their enthusiasm and personability. My car was towed to Girard Nissan after an accident that I had in October of 2021 I understand they had a hard time getting some parts but their communication is terrible. Here we are in April and I still do not have my truck back It went in the paint shop 3 weeks ago just started to be re assembled 4/6 then has to be re calibrated and a front end alignment. I understand the problem with the parts but the service why does it take so long. No updates on it unless we call them and then it is one excuse after the other. It isn't at this dealership it is at the body shop next door, we didn't order the parts the body shop did, no we didn't the dealer did. One lame thing after another More

Seem nice and friendly at face value, but I really got screwed out of the truth during the lease financing, via false information provided to me regarding my liability responsibility that was NOT rolled over or included in my financing of new lease. I was told at most I would get a bill for 30 days of taxes. Instead I got a bill for $500 worth of taxes. To top it off, ever since then and for WEEKS, they have been telling me that they are working to resolve the discrepancy on my behalf. I no longer have any faith that they were ever or are doing anything to try and make their misinformation right. Wish I could take back my down payment. Congrats on getting your bonuses. You're welcome. Sorry that honesty missed out on having a spot in this "relationship". More

Terrible Experience! Would give no stars if possible. I had recently bought a car on April 13th, 2019. I have been driving around on a dealer plate for over a month now. They still haven't registered the car a month later now. I've made multiple phone calls to find out what is going on and they have given me the run around every time. Even better the story changes every time I speak with them. First it was they domt do registration mid month and weren't worried about it until the end of the month. So I waited patiently until the end of the month and followed up with a phone call and still nothing. I get bounced around from person to person and every time you speak with someone they are clueless. I asked if there was a problem with the bank. Answer was no. Asked if there was a problem with dmv and of course the answer was no. 5 phone conversations later and here I am with no ownership of my Nissan Sentra yet I'm still making payments to the bank with a clueless staff at Girard Nissan. Apparently they lost the title and now I am getting notices from dmv of how I need to re-register and do emissions on a car I traded in over a month ago. The salesman George's response was you figure it out it's not our problem. I am beyond finger right now of the unprofessional of every person dealt with. Worst experience of life, will never do business there again and I would not recommend them to anyone!!! More

My issue was with the final product detailing of the car the first time was awful the way they buffed out the repaired area so brought back and they corrected but then left the area where pin stripping was removed un buffed so you can see the lines from old pin stripping it's this little detail that is hurting there quality of work just not a complete job More
