I’d first like to start off the sell’s process was super quick and easy. Tim was very nice and so was Mr. Paul. I was told when I purchased my Ford F-150 that the sunroof and sunshade didn’t work. Tim reass quick and easy. Tim was very nice and so was Mr. Paul. I was told when I purchased my Ford F-150 that the sunroof and sunshade didn’t work. Tim reassured me that it didn’t leak an that they’d put in the papers to fix it. I was ok with that knowing it’d be in paperwork to be fixed. Well got home with the truck sunroof turns out leaks. Mr.Paul stated they wasn’t staffed to fix it at the time. So I decided to take a warranty claim to fix it an of coarse was denied by warranty. So after taken it to be looked at another dealership was told it was a $4,000 repair. Told Mr. Paul Hayes that and now states Gator Chevrolet will not pay to fix. Also the shop I took the truck to spoke with Jeff in servicing about covering the diagnosing fees and he stated he’d cover the cost. Well no surprise Jeff won’t return calls or pay the shop which was $400 and I got stuck with the bill. Needless to say I regret buying from Gator Chevrolet. It has been nothing but a headache. Two months later since my purchase still leaky sunroof and no one will return my calls or emails. More
