Dear Ms. Kessel, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration when a vehicle you were interested in sold prior to your scheduled appointment date. As you’ll recall, when you spoke to our team about the vehicle, you were informed that a deposit only holds a vehicle for 24 hours. You spoke to our team on Thursday and did not plan on coming into our dealership until Saturday. Unfortunately, that vehicle did sell Thursday evening. I communicated clearly that I would put a deposit down Thursday and come Friday if that's what I needed to do. I could have paid for the vehicle in full Thursday. I suppose you made more money selling out from under my daughter. First time shame on you and second time shame on me.
