Another scam job by Andy Chacon in the service department. I have a brand new truck that is leaking oil. I know this should be covered as a warranty item. But I took it to another shop prior to coming here, just for this reason. They tell me it is not covered because they say something hit it from underneath, right at the seam, and caused the leak. There is no indication what-so-ever of damage and in reality the seam/weld just failed. They refuse to cover it.
