I was a little frustrated with the vehicle I bought (or leased), a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I chose this vehicle bc it came with 4WD, which I wanted for the winter months since I live out in the country in Burns, TN. However, the one time I needed it, it wouldn't work, and, hence, I got stuck in the ice. My husband had to drive out and "rescue" me. The 4WD gear shift wouldn't budge. Since I hadn't used it and I was stuck, I watched a Youtube video, thinking I must be doing something wrong. The man on the instructional video clearly advised "not to force it bc it's on a belt which can snap if you force it." This actually happened to a friend of mine so I didn't want to do that. But, when my husband showed up, that's exactly what he had to do; he had to use all his strength to force it into gear. I was finally able to get out of the ice. If it had worked in the first place, I would never have gotten stuck for an hour. He had to use equal force to get it out of 4WD. I'm actually very strong myself but not clearly strong enough. More
