Purchased a 2023 Forte at this dealership while it was still Peak Kia North. Before the 20k mile mark, both front tires developed bulges in the sidewall. The tires hadn't seen any trauma (i.e. curb checks still Peak Kia North. Before the 20k mile mark, both front tires developed bulges in the sidewall. The tires hadn't seen any trauma (i.e. curb checks, major potholes) as a vast majority of the miles were on the highway. The service department said the bulges (1 on front left and 2 on front right) were a result of driver error. No rim damage and no scuffing on the tire but they still refused to warranty them. The vehicle and the tires are still within the warranty window and the service advisor had the audacity to say that her manager "waived the inspection fee". To top it off, on the drive home we noticed they adjusted the air pressure in every tire to be well above manufacturer spec, and none of the tires had the same pressure. With the amount of Kia dealerships around, I recommend avoiding this one AT ALL COST. And don't buy anything that comes with Kumho tires from the factory. More

Air Conditioning went out; not covered. Purchased 2017 Kia December 2016. Air/C went out. Do not cover outside influences. Hole in the condenser. I contacted Kia in California. Did no good. Don't buy sevice plan. They lie about service I bought a service plan because they promised me a loaner car whenever i come in. He said drop off your car, take a loaner for the day, and pick it up. From day 1, it has been a pain trying to get one. They've now not given me one at all. Only reason i bought it was for the loaner, since i live 25 mins from dealership. They're nice people and building is nice if you have to wait, but they were totally misleading. Funny thing is the guy who sold me the plan now heads the service dept. I talked to him about it, and it's funny how his perspective has changed due to his new tasks. More
