Service is fast, but double check any work. Had ‘the works’ done on my Bronco Sport and the tires were over-inflated by Ford to 43psi per tire. Twice I took my $100k truck to this dealer to fix a camera issue and both times I came home with it not working. When I texted the service advisor he basically told me that the camera in the bed was n camera issue and both times I came home with it not working. When I texted the service advisor he basically told me that the camera in the bed was not replaced and that it wasn’t their problem and I could pay to have it repaired. I showed two different service advisors exactly what was not working on two occasions now to be told it’s my problem. Oh and I asked for the service managers name I was given his name and told he would call me the next day. I have not heard from him More
