I purchased my car from out of state. I did all of the paperwork and everything online with Missy and she was amazing! The dealership service team went out of their way to make sure that they had it fixed with a new part before the car was sent to me. Jasper went over the top when it comes to customer service! My car had to be delivered to me in Memphis and Jasper drove the car here. I would never have imagined that someone would care enough about their customer service to spend their off day driving a car 9 hours away. I am extremely grateful for the extra effort everyone at this dealership put into selling me this vehicle. It was literally above and beyond my expectations.
