I brought truck in for an emissions recall because I couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and di couldn’t register my truck in ca. Iunderstand they are in nv but I can’t be the only ca customer with the closing of bishop ford I went to dmv and didn’t have the right form I called back and got they pleaded ignorance. I had to drive to Ridgecrest where the dealer was kind enough to fill out the form. If I had known that in advance I would have just gone there in the first place. Next I cancelled the transfer case service when I arrived. Guy said no problem but they did it anyway because “Greg screwed up but I can’t charge you” I was so impressed I didn’t check my bill. Big mistake not only did they charge me but they charged me for a diesel filter to service the transfer case. Lesson learned More

my truck said trailer light module fault. they diagnosed it for an hour and found a bad Fuse. I was charged $200 for a fuse I could have changed it 2 min but I was told it was the module. I also ask for oil change, new air filter and tire rotation and spare tire replacement they did not rotate tires or replace spare and did not tell me they did not do it.. so I had to replace spare myself when I got home.
