GO ANYWHERE ELSE ! ! Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over ! Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over $400 above and beyond our Endurance insurance because they labor fees are so much over the standard book rates, and when we got in the car, the air was still warm and the “new” fan whined. We told them immediately as we hadn’t even left the lot. We were told our insurance only covered standard parts, not “Ford/Lincoln “ parts ( which were more than double the price) so they were not responsible. If we wanted it fixed, we had to pay for another appointment, another diagnostic and another round of labor fees. In other words, we would have to pay them to repair what they were JUST PAID TO REPAIR !! Where we come from we call that FRAUD ! More

Bait and Switch I went to Fairway Ford to purchase a new Ford Expedition Max, Limited Edition. I was excited to take advantage of the 0% Financing for 84 months and n I went to Fairway Ford to purchase a new Ford Expedition Max, Limited Edition. I was excited to take advantage of the 0% Financing for 84 months and no payments for 90 days offer that was widely broadcasted (and still is) by Ford. After researching online, I was connected with Joel. Joel was a very good salesperson and was able to find me the exact car I wanted. He let me know that Ford rolled back the 84-month option, leaving me to believe the 72-month option was still available. When I went to pick up my car that all changed. Apparently those offers did not apply to the Expedition, although it still shows 72 Month 0% online. I walked out of there with a great car but feeling dirty, the way most people feel about dealing with used car salespeople. More

Delighted In one word, the experience was Delightful. The best thing for us was in working with Malak Moulaie directly and not a team. In other words, I never felt their was a gang of salesmen teaming together to push a sale as I felt at other sales lots. Malak was very knowledgeable, flexible and personable. He proactively and intuitively answered unvoiced questions. And Malak’s introduction when I arrived (alone) was professional and respectful. We were not disappointed either, in his value of my husbands time when he later visited. I can’t speak to price negotiations because my husband qualified for the X Plan. However, I can say that we never felt lesser treatment because of the deal either. All in all, I would quickly recommend any family and friends to Malak and the sales process at Fairway Ford. I anticipate the same great service from your Service Department in the future. Thank you for making a personally stressful process into one that I can easily reflect as delightful. More
