Bought a Porsche Panamera from Brett, thought it was a very clean car until I discovered that the main screen and passenger window were defective from my local Porsche dealer the next day and the screen i very clean car until I discovered that the main screen and passenger window were defective from my local Porsche dealer the next day and the screen is now not working on this new car that I payed a nice grip for, texted Brett he told me they didn’t have the right scanners to be able to see much on these cars and kept getting delayed for days on a simple yes or no question on if they would help me with the issue, never got any help. They were the most expensive and gave the least for my trade in by a lot was offered 1500$ more by 3 other dealers, chose to do business with them after they failed to get me approved and I had to go to my own credit union to get financing and come back from out of town because it seemed like they were a really clean and honest business I was very let down when they gave me the run around about needing help after giving them my business and trust, I didn’t even want the long list of maintenance fixed just the screen and I said I’d handle everything else including the defective passenger window, I feel like I payed full price and didn’t get what I payed for! He provided excellent communication from the beginning, throughout the process and after I purchased the vehicle. It was a long drive and I needed to know if it was worth the 5-hour round trip to look at the Jeep. I had several questions pertaining to the vehicle. Jason not only provided the answers, but sent very detailed videos for confirmation. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason Green. His customer service is superb, but without any sales pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire process easy. This includes having an appraisal on my trade in and an accurate estimate of the total monthly payment, before I made the drive. Jason also provided several different options to come up with the best payment plan for me. Great customer service is a lost art in this day in time.
