Like the time I put ethanol in my car when it had under 100 miles on it, and they came and got it, and took care of it, giving me a loaner in the meantime.....you just don't find people like this nowadays. Get the TOTAL Repair Cost I needed a new heater core. Erwin quoted $950 total to install a new OEM replacement, including shop fees and taxes. After I dropped it off, they called and said they had a NAPA (aftermarket) unit. I knew that the OEM unit was $329 and the NAPA unit was $66.49. After I prompted them, they gave me a revised quote of $710, which reasonably reflected the difference in price for the part, so I gave the OK. After the job was done, my bill was $808 ($98 more than quoted). On the invoice, they showed the job was $729 including parts, but then they added shop fees and taxes on top of that. I guess they were going to get their money one way or another. Never assume their revised estimate is a total. More

Horrible Service My husband got a new job and wanted to trade his '99 Mustang in for a truck. His mustang only had around 40,000 miles on it. They only gave my husband minimal trade, but desperately needing to get rid of it he traded it in on a used Dodge truck. After the first week the brakes needed fixed. Then the second week the wheel bearings went out and they "fixed" it. Third week comes along and the same problem happens again with the check engine light coming on, and the truck keeps dying. Took it back to dealer hoping to get rid of the truck. Basically they didn't have anything on their lot and the check they were gonna cut was basically the pay off on the loan. So needless to say my husband basically lost his car in this deal as they totally screwed us over! All we wanted was for them to make things right!!! Horrible! More
