I have always had top service from this dealer. During my previous visit, my software was updated but the panel was not reset to my previous settings and I couldn’t do that on my own. Secondly, I told them during this recent visit that after their last software update, my brake coach no longer worked plus I was having trouble with the link between my iPhone and my car. They said it would take a whole day or more to fix. Yesterday I almost rear ended a car and the collision warning didn’t work either. I’m not happy with all these software recalls and now I seem to be having more issues. More

My car went in Wednesday morning & I heard nothing from anyone until following week Tuesday when I called Five Times. Plus, I was without a Car with all that time & the Dealership did not provide Liane anyone until following week Tuesday when I called Five Times. Horrible service , took my ford in for troubleshooting arrived at 8:30 am did not hear from the service dept all day , I finally called at 2pm and was told the tech was out to lunch and would call back s arrived at 8:30 am did not hear from the service dept all day , I finally called at 2pm and was told the tech was out to lunch and would call back shortly I called again at 4pm and was told the tech that was over seeing the repairs was being replaced with another service tech . Service tech #2 called me at 5pm to say my ford needed to stay overnight and promise to call me first thing the next morning . Next day I called at noon and still no update finally 30 minutes later tech #2 called with the estimate which was extremely high ( $2300.00 ) I said no thank you I would pick up my ford in a couple of hours this was at 12:30 , I arrived at 3pm and my Ford had not been put back together nor was the paper work ready , had to wait another 20 minutes needless to say Evision Ford lost a long time customer ( bought 2 vehicles with the previous dealership ) not my place to tell you how to run your business but this is not the formula for success in my opinion More
