This is only about the service department. I scheduled service on my Ram and dropped it off the night before and came to pick it up around 4pm the next day. It hadn't been done. I reschedule but had to cancel. About 2 weeks later I rescheduled and again dropped my Ram off the night before. Again around 4pm I came to pick up my Ram. There was no invoice, and I was told the service was free due to the issues. In the following days, noticing things not done and missing (IE oil change sticker) I returned and asked if they were sure the oil was changed? The young lady looked at my Ram and agreed my concerns may have been accurate. She went to ask the tech and it again had not been serviced. They rushed it in, and did it as I waited, but it wasn't exact the care and service I come to dealerships for. We all know I can get service at any speedy-mart at a much lower price. Yet I try to develop relationships of trust with my service department. I have to believe the things I'm told.
