The salesman added a few warranties to the sales price of the car totaling more than $7,000 without telling us. He presented us with a monthly payment that was much higher than we expected, but didn’t mentio the car totaling more than $7,000 without telling us. We didn’t notice until the lender finally reached out and our loan balance was $7,000 more than we expected. We reached out to the dealership and they were embarrassed that this happened and went over the top to help us get a refund for the unused warranties and restructured our loan. Overall, the dealership is good but is infiltrated by slimy salespeople. More

Watch what you sign. They’ll make you think they’ll stay within your budget and then add in extras. Additionally, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FINANCE W THEM. We had a check from our bank ready to go and they said they couldn’t take it & we had to finance thru them which was false. Now we’re stuck with a larger payment, more interest and have to go thru the refinance steps to get our bank to accept pay their loan. Oh yeah, I was suppose to be a co-signer, they FaceTimed me for verification and then let my husband sign for me. I would not have agreed to being the main loan holder. Very disappointing and boardline fraud. More
