Purchases a vehicle at the end of November 2023 and by February 7th the still can't get the registration and plates taken care of even though I paid for them to take care of it all. This issue follows the problem I had with them getting the contract squared away. They had to email the contract to me to sign and then re-sign 3 times because apparently they couldn't make sure it was correct the first time. The sales price they offer are not real as they offer several discounts but you can't actually be eligible for all of them even though they initially mark the sales price for all discounts included. And their customer service is awful! I will not buy from this dealer ever again and recommend anyone wanting to buy to travel to a different dealership. More

Screwed my dob on the financing application to bank, took weeks and multiple phone calls for me to correct myself. Then payoff department kept playing games on my overpayment payment back to me. Again multiple calls and "lies" about why they waited and check being sent to me. Took them atleast 5 calls from me to finally send me the overpayment back with another lie of it being sent and then nothing. Waited the time, nothing in the mail, called again and nothing was sent and told they are cutting the check at that time, had to speak to a manger to ask for for this to be corrected again. The excuses they use are ridiculous except 1 which someone mentioned about being end of month and they didnt send due to their quotas. So they made me wait to make it good for them. I have purchased 5 new cars with them but now i will take my business some where else. When your buying and before you fill out the survey, they treat you as an important customer and once thats done they dont give you a second thought. Not a way to keep and earn new business More

This is my second time getting a car from this dealership in five years. So, I would say they hold good size inventory for you to get one that suits your needs. We wanted to shop local and keep our money in the community, so we stopped by Dulles Chrysler Jeep. Test drove a vehicle. Told them up front that we didn’t want any surprises with the pricing. Kept assuring us they’d “work with us”. When we went to start the negotiations of course we were told we didn’t qualify for any of the discounts that related to our purchase and would basically be paying the MSRP sticker price for the car. There is absolutely NO WAY anyone would ever qualify for all the discounts so there is no way anyone could ever really pay the internet price of the vehicles on their lot/website. In addition, they included the destination fee in the MSRP, then charged us again on the pricing sheet for the destination fee. When we said according to the window sticker it was already included in the MSRP they began arguing with us and telling us we didn’t understand. We did the math. Base price plus the destination fee equaled their MSRP. Exactly. When Tom began discussing terms, he kept telling us he was losing money on the deal. Tom was incredibly rude, and condescending. It was at that point that we decided to walk away. We will not be doing business with them again—nor did we in this case. Tom clearly does not understand customer service. And we were basically left with, “Go ahead and try to find the car elsewhere. We have all the inventory.” Beware of the bate and switch. The online prices are NO WHERE close to what you’ll pay. They add all the “discounts” back in because you don’t & won’t qualify for them. We walked away from the deal because of their shady business practices. As of today, surprisingly, all their prices on their website have been changed to the MSRP prices with a list of possible discounts. Hmmm…..I wonder why they did that?? Steer clear from their dishonest business practices. More

Received a call the next morning telling me they had "made a mistake" on their offer sheet and given me two vouchers that were supposed to have been included in the selling price (despite there being separate lines on the deal sheet for the two vouchers) and that the price was going to go up $2K. Salesman, Cody, was apologetic but it was obviously out of his control and they left him to call me with the bad news. More
